CEB - Senior Consultant - Data Analysis & Reporting

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job

- To become an expert in custom professional services delivery, upholding and role modelling best practice processes, tools and methodologies.

- To lead on high profile, gold client custom professional services projects and liaise with the local team and client as needed to deliver projects to time, cost and quality expectations.

- Mentoring and advising consultants to support their delivery work.

- Building credible partnerships with the PS community to provide support, advice and guidance where necessary.

- Support the development roadmap for central professional services to drive innovation and field enablement of custom professional services delivery.

The Central Professional Services team (CPS) are responsible for the provision, evolution, onboarding and enablement of a suite of best practice talent management services for TMS clients and CEB members where required. Their mission is to - enable increased revenue and gross margin within the TMS business through provision of the expertise required to deliver leading edge custom services to our clients.- Within CPS, the I/O delivery team are responsible for the psychometric aspects of the suite of services. For example, developing Situational Judgement tests, assessment report solutions, providing strategic direction for organisations based on analysis of their talent. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the delivery team are also responsible for feeding the development roadmap for CPS, ensuring that services are delivered in the most efficient way possible following best practice processes and methodologies. This could include overseeing automated tool development, enablement of the field or determining the best way a new service can be delivered.

Delivering projects to scope:

- Ensuring all work packets that you are responsible for are delivered within the scoped number of days.

Delivering projects on time:

- Ensuring all work packets that you are responsible for are delivered to the agreed deadline.

Delivering projects to quality expectations:

- Ensuring all work packets that you are responsible for are delivered to client quality expectations.

Completing documentation correctly:

- All key documentation is completed on time and accurately, for example, timesheets, and project information.

Delivery utilisation in line with team goals:

- Your personal utilisation on client projects is in line with the team goal.

Leading with Expertise:

- Actively contribute to self-development by participating in training and development sessions and seeking opportunities for growth.

Candidate Specifications:

- Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Psychology

- Proven track record of working within a commercial environment in a relevant industry

- Intermediate knowledge of excel, SPSS and PowerPoint

- Level A & B testing

- Good communication and organisational

Skills:

- Experience of working as a member of a team

- Ability to work independently and manage own workload

- Proven track record of managing complex and high profile projects.
