As part of this practice you will be directly contributing to our flagship platform - Talent Neuron-, used by HR leaders across the industry to gain useful insights on emerging global and local HR trends.  Overall Job Purpose and Responsibilities:  The Senior Research Analyst will help develop CEB's TalentNeuron -related content, including best practices and data assets. This content will be aimed at serving the needs of CHRO- s/Talent Acquisition/CxO and their teams operating globally. The role will involve extensive qualitative research and developing insights and approaches to address key issues facing CHRO- s/Talent Acquisition/CxOs  Skills Required:   - Leverage research and data models to solve global HR problems.  - Data collation, interpretation and analysis: Ability to bring out meaningful insights by collating different data insights.  - Presentation / Report preparation: High quality report preparation. Act with awareness that reports and packaging are equally important  - Strong ability and orientation towards meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects under time pressure  - Passion for research, analysis and insight generation  - People management skills - Managing teams in a matrix reporting environment  - Should have experience leading short term and long term projects and Ability to manage the work of junior staff on project teams  - Work closely with Advisory and Product teams to create extensive research reports and next generation product features  - Lead extensive secondary literature searches and elicit the highest quality insights for use in white papers, member webinars, and highly visible research studies  - Conceptualize and scope research and data requirements at granular level  - Proven quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills.  - Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Advanced Excel skills a plus.  Specific responsibilities include:  - Conduct wide-ranging secondary literature searches and synthesize information to elicit key insights for use in short white papers/research products  - Use analytical tools such as root cause analysis to identify the drivers of members- business problems, create hypotheses regarding solutions, and test differences between conventional and progressive practice  - Write up whitepapers and other CEB-style end products to document some of the most interesting insights based on research.  - Document key insights coming out of these discussions and identify potential best practices to be documented by the team  - Work with research teams to create high quality customized research reports based on member requirements  Education and Experience:  - Bachelor's/Master's degree required in Engineering or Management. Preferably from top Tier institutes  - 4 + years of Research / Management Consulting experience and has played a significant role in developing organization and functional Strategy.
