This is a Sales HR Leadership role responsible to partner with Sales Head (Replacement and OE businesses) to facilitate selection of right talent, engagement, development, succession planning, talent management and retention.   Scope - Directly handling HR partnership for HO, OE, west & south zones and indirectly supporting the HRBP for north & east.   - Develops strong business relationships with senior management teams, Replacement Sales HO, OE, Divisional Sales 2 and supporting Division and leverage the relationships to deliver people objectives and influence in building the right culture in the organization.   - This position is required to influence stakeholders and provide high level of expertise so that the business can makes fact-based decisions on people issues.  - Custodian of Succession planning and talent management for the sales organization.  - Responsible for embedment of all central initiative with business leaders like Manpower Optimization, re - structuring, organizational design, assessment and development center.   - Responsible for ensuring right talent is available for all budgeted roles to meet operational need.  - Responsible for driving core HR processes efficiently and effectively with the sales team to create healthy work environment.  - To conceptualize and facilitate functional TNA along with the Sales development head, ensuring the capability building for the sales team as per development needs & company priorities to create a performance oriented work culture.  - Custodian of Communication and Engagement Initiatives in Sales function to ensure that the team is informed and motivated.  - Manage headcount and related cost within the agreed plans so as to retain manpower cost within budget.  - To ensure productivity per employee improvement is at the targeted level with the various development and organizational interventions.  Provide the strategic interface to stakeholders through the rigorous data analysis and interpretations to support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives.  Preferred Age : 33-36 Yrs  Qualification : MBA From A Good B School  Experience : 8-10 Yrs Of Experience In Generalist Hr, With At Least 4-5 Years As Sales HRBP  Special Requirements (if Any) :   Essential :   HRBP experience in FMCG, Pharma, durables, consumer goods, foods & beverage, telecom, B2C industries with handling retail sales team handling experience  Desirable : Existing credentials of HR partnership with Sales Head
