Looking for someone who can join Immediately or with a short notice period.  Preferably Someone who is from Agri background with excellent vegetables sourcing experience from farmers in and around Bengaluru area (100 to 150 km radius).  Mon - Sat - 6Days working with extensive travelling.  Job description :  - Sourcing of fruits and vegetables on daily basis as per indent plan, and at given price band.   - Procurement directly from farmers and build a strong network of farmers across India   - Should develop a deep relationship with Farmers / Vendors across India.   - Should set up and manage local CCs / Labour teams.   - Price benchmarking / communication.   - Planning for the day, week & month.   - Day to day liaisoning with procurement head.   - Responsible for availability, quality, Margins, control of Shrink & Dump.   Skill Sets :   - Looking for a passionate individual having prior experience of sourcing one of the categories of FnV - Onion, Potato, Tomato, Fruits, etc.   - Deep knowledge of onion/potato/tomato/ fruits cultivation.   - Should know market prices across India   - Margin and quality focused/Customer focused in approach.   - Good interpersonal skills   - Should have experience and should possess skill on Vendor negotiation and all vendor management.   - Explorer/ willing to travel extensively   - Willing to stay in villages and work closely with farmers when required
