About our Client : Our client is a diversified leading consumer durables company, focused on improving people's lives through various innovations. Our client is well established in India with more than 4000 employees. The company has an excellent pan India distribution and after-sales service network.

Job Description : Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Category), you will be managing a key portfolio. You will be responsible for:

- Creating the yearly Operating Plan for your category and determining the brand positioning, market share and sales turnover

- End to end implementation of the marketing approach with a focus on both short term and long term activities

- Managing marketing communications and product marketing

- Developing the marketing strategy and identifying the gaps in the market

- Identifying market potential and new product development

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be an MBA from 2009/2010 batches only.

- You should have prior experience of working in Marketing roles in FMCG industry for at least 2 years. Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in building brands.

- You should be experienced in working with multi-cultural, multi-functional global teams.
