About our Client - Our client is an established player in the FMCG sector. Recognized as an innovator, they have a wide range of products. They have grown organically and have more than 200 offices in the world. With an employee friendly culture,they are currently looking for a Category Manager .
Job Description - Reporting to the head of marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and managing the strategy of the category
- Conceptualization & Execution of an integrated marketing campaign to achieve the brand & business goals.
- Be the first person to drive marketing campaigns across ATL & BTL media to deliver business plans.
- Formulating the communication strategy related to the category.
- Drive Multiple LoB penetration through cross-sell programs
The Successful Candidate -
- You will be a University graduate with an MBA in marketing from a top tier B-School , with at least 7-9 years of work experience .
- You should have had at least 3-5 years of core brand management experience.
- You must have a strong understanding of brand management concepts & processes and should be able to drive ROI based marketing campaigns.
- In addition, you should have strong communication skills, with a flair for innovation and creativity.
