P&L management :   Lead Sales and Margin for Furniture Category. (Ownership of both Top Line and bottom Line)   Growth % and maintaining high margins  2. Business Development & Seller Relationship:  Introducing new vendors for constantly improving product assortment. Developing new products with existing vendors. No of products per attribute group  3. Team Handling & Networking:  Building and growing a team of account managers   Coordinating with various internal teams to drive targets at organizational level Hiring and grooming the best in talent   Effective coordination with internal teams  4. Category Marketing:  Lead the sales strategy and ensure skus/brands/categories are promoted   Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the marketing team   Generate offers, Ensuring each brand and offer is promoted timely
