Category Head : Responsibilities :
- Lead business side of products to scale through high impact programs
- Identify the business opportunities for adoption and revenue
- Identify key features in the product needed for better adoption
- Lead inside sales team for premium subscription selling
- Lead retention team to increase usage per business partner
- Interface with marketing team to build campaigns for outreach
- Identify and onboard influencer business partnerships
- Keep a sharp eye on competition analysis and tracking
Desired :
- Must be a self starter,
- Results-oriented team player who leads by example,
- holds self accountable for performance, takes absolute ownership
- 4-6 years of experience in internet -industry
- Led sales functions to build revenue
- Managed P&L
- Entrepreneurial experience is a big plus
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute on a successful business
- Demonstrated competence in establishing successful partnerships
- can structure, negotiate, and close high-profile deals independently
