Role Name : Category Head - Apparels
Reporting Manager : SBU Head - Apparels
Role Type: Senior Management
Role Purpose: Category P&L Head, Category Merchandising Planning & End to End Execution.
BSC perspective Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Responsible for achieving overall sales & revenue targets for the Category
- Responsible for driving category margin targets
- Responsible for category level fulfillment - Min 98%
- Responsible for driving quality Catalogue size & growth, Overall Assortment, Quality Supplier base across PAN India Level
- Responsible for Vendor NPS
Customer :
- Uncompromised Customer Centric Approach
- Responsible for 98% Order fulfillment on JIT Marketplace Model
- Responsible for Customer NPS
Internal Business Process:
- Ensure 100% adherence to defined policy framework for vendor & catalogue growth
- Follow & Implement Operational guidelines & SOP by BD & AM team members
- Ability to innovate & build best practices
People/ Learning & Growth:
- A team leader with excellent communication, presentation capabilities.
- Proven experience to lead and manage large team of Sr/Business Development & Account Management teams
- Good with numbers & analytical abilities
- Absolute insights on competition landscape

Qualification: MBA - Marketing (Premier Business School)
Work Experience: 10 - 15 years experience, at least 2 - 3 years as Category head
- Experience in Multi Brand Retailing in Large format chains (Lifestyle, Shoppers etc)
- Prior experience with large eCommerce companies will be big advantage (Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon etc)
