Job Description:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all the retail categories and the leadership
- Cascade and enforce compliance for all key processes and frameworks
- Enable and facilitate discussions for Product, Supply Chain
- Represent and advocate sensitivity of Categories and Customers
- Provide an engagement focus into Category leads
As the Engagement & Delivery Leader you will lead a team who will be responsible for:
- Liaising with category leads to stay abreast with most ailing issues/pain-points.
- Liaising with Product/Technology and serve as Retail SPOC
- Serving as a SPOC for cascading of information to the category leads.
- Promoting process standardization across sub-categories.
- Supporting product/supply chain initiatives across various retail categories
- Facilitating discussions of Function Leads with the sub-categories (Ex: sign-off on process maps)
- Drawing an end to end perspective across the categories
- Leading requirement and information gathering across categories
- Nurturing a management of change capability across multiple stakeholders
- Securing category based alignments and sign-offs on key initiatives
