Key responsibilities :
- Focussing on hiring for Tech and non Tech roles including Senior LAMP, QA, SOLR Expert, Product Manager, SEO Expert, Digital Marketing Manager & more
- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements using job sites
- Cold Calling Passive Job Seekers
- Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates and exploring opportunities for them internally
- Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy
- Interacting with CashKaro Team Managers - understanding and closing requirements
Desired Profile :
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills
- Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skills, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skills and Team working ability
- Candidate with relevant experience of at least 2 Years or more
- Extensive experience in technical recruitment would be a plus
