We are looking for a senior leader to join the management team and lead overall Digital Marketing effort for CashKaro.com. In this role you will manage the growth and marketing activities and work closely with the Leadership Team on a day-to-day basis. This is a high impact, fast paced role which needs someone with a good understanding of e-commerce marketing, analytics and product. You will be responsible for overall key metrics of the company: Active Users, Transactions, GMV, Revenue, and Marketing Spend. Your key responsibilities will include the below:  - Overseeing all digital channels of the company including SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media, video marketing and other marketing activities   - Analyzing extensively what deals work on the site, what should be pushed where  - Overseeing our PPC campaigns and conversion optimization initiatives with our current marketing team  - Driving our SEO efforts to increase the rankings and traffic on our website  - Drive Social Media and brand engagement  - Special emphasis on overseeing Email Marketing - plans, segmentation, creatives since this is an important channel for us  - Creating weekly and monthly marketing plans and budgets for our different channels  - Tracking the success of different online marketing activities  - Driving landing page improvements to improve conversion of marketing campaigns  - Contribute to product development on desktop and mobile  - Enhancing the efficiency of our digital marketing activities through marketing automation  - Formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy (online) for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets  - Contribute to customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track and measure effectiveness  - Work with marketing agencies as and when required  What We Are Looking For :  - Expertise and significant experience in digital marketing management (PPC, SEO, Email marketing, Social media)  - Minimum of 5 years of work experience with a focus on online marketing  - Preferable work experiences in the E-commerce industry  -In depth knowledge of website usability, website development and landing page optimization  - Ability to analyse data in-depth and make data driven plans and processes; work extensively with Google Analytics  - Think about Notifications strategy on web and mobile  - Mobile App marketing experience a plus  - Ability to provide input in and work with designers to create campaigns, get the marketing message across in a simple manner  - Successful track record in accelerating customer acquisition, improving customer retention and optimizing the user funnel   - Ability to take complete ownership of the job, someone who works with passion, strong interpersonal skills to be able to connect with all teams well. Most importantly, they should be able to mobilise other team members with their vision and positivity  Salary Offered : 12-20 LPA
