We are looking for an experienced partnership and alliance professional, who would be responsible for client acquisition & on-boarding for CashKaro.com . The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual with abilities to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial set-up in an ever growing E-commerce field.   Roles & Responsibilities :   If you think you can do all of the below, then you would be doing this and much more at CashKaro :   - Establishing the CashKaros brand with our potential and existing users, clienteles.   - Driving and delivering the brand promise made to our partners   - Exploring offline and online liaison opportunities with various brands and affiliate networks   - Conducting meetings with the leads generated and presenting company's value proposition   - Coming up with cool and innovative partnership channels and arrangements and executing them   - Closing the deal with potential partners   - Managing relationships with the partners and ensuring they live up to their end of the bargain   - Collaborating with internal team to execute the partnership arrangements. This may be in the form of either a one-off or a periodic event   - Basically, and at the risk of repeating ourselves, GET THINGS DONE!   Good to Have :   - Knowledge of other advertising platforms like LinkedIn/Twitter etc.   - Work experience in E-commerce Industry or Food & Beverage/Retail Industry, with great Network.   Desired Skills and Experience :   Knowledge-seeker : Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing.   Quick learner : Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology and implement the same.   Team player & Ownership : Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.   Strong academic credentials : M.B.A / B.Tech. / B.Sc. / B.A. - Maths/Statistics, Quantitative background preferred.   - 3+ years of relevant experience   - Good communication skills MUST be able to write effective ad copies.   - Experience in Online Marketing for e-commerce portals
