Cash Equity Middle Office Operations - Bank

Position: Cash Equity Middle Office Operations (3-10 yrs)

Role:

- For the more senior role, act as regional lead manager for cash equity middle office operations during European shift timings

- Manage and allocate team resource

- Understand where there are inefficiencies across the key performance and risk indicators, liaising with key stakeholders and IT groups to solve issues

- Establish and maintain the risk and control framework

- Arrange training and knowledge sharing across the team

- Ensure proper MIS Reports and prepared and reported

Requirements:

- 3-10 yrs of experience in Investment Banking Operations especially in Cash Equity Middle Office Operations

- Excellent understanding of the Cash Equity products

- Should be comfortable in interacting with various global stakeholders

- Excellent written and oral communication
