The rest of our team are driven, passionate individuals who possess excellent credentials, and have come together at CARS24.com to do the most phenomenal work of their lives.   As folks at CARS24.com say,   - No one wants to tell their grandchildren that they missed out on this one."  Responsibilities:  - Manage the entire dealer network/ procurement channel of the territory.  - Build well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin.  - Plan and execute sales strategies/business plans to meet revenue goals.  - Continuously monitor and improve operations to ensure alignment with the company's business direction.  - Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the sales team.  - Ability to work through an environment of change and effectively lead a sales team to deliver growth and achieve targets.  - Establish and improve processes by researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.  - Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and records.  - High energy, aggression and confident communication.  - Understanding of technology platforms, confident with face to face selling as well as remote selling.  - Relationship management with used car dealers.
