Position - Territory Retail Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire dealer network/ procurement channel of the territory
- Build well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin
- Plan and execute sales strategies/business plans to meet revenue goals
- Continuously monitor and improve operations to ensure alignment with the company's business direction
- Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the sales team
- Ability to work through an environment of change and effectively lead a sales team to deliver growth and achieve targets
- Establish and improve processes by researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
- Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and records
- High energy, aggression and confident communication
- Understanding of technology platforms, confident with face 2 face selling as well as remote selling
- Relationship management with used car dealers
Requirements:
- Post-graduation from a Tier 1 college
- 1-3 years of work experience after post-graduation
- Auto mobile experience is not compulsory
- Team management experience is compulsory
- Strong in understanding data and basic excel
- Strong project management skills
- Initiative, innovative and a natural decision maker
