About the team :

- Our captains are Vikram Chopra (Wharton, IIT Bombay, Sequoia Capital, and McKinsey) and Mehul Agrawal (BCG, IIM Calcutta, Forbes 2016 Asia 30-under-30, and Forbes 2015 India 30-under-30). Both of them had earlier founded FabFurnish.com. - At this point, the CARS24 team, led by Ruchit Agarwal (CA, CFA, MBA from Cornell, and Merrill Lynch) is looking to hire smart individuals to be part of our rapidly growing - financing vertical.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Credit Policy formulation, underwriting and credit risk management

- Accountable for NPA management and setting up early warning systems across portfolio

- Setting up credit assessment team

- Managing the credit function & portfolio; monitoring collection, attrition and recovery

- Preferable to have experience on MSME (micro & small and medium enterprise), unsecured loans with small ticket sizes (e.g. 10-50L)
