Job Responsibilities :

- Lead Indirect Taxes for pan-India operations (8 states)

- Be the finance lead for GST transition & implementation - assessing impact and legal issues, suggesting & implementing suitable remedies, review key business contracts and lead changes, lead vendor management for change in transition strategy, design appropriate policies with regard to distribution of input tax credit,

- Ensure end-to-end compliance with VAT, CST, ET, Service tax

- Preparation of GST Compliance Manual

- Co-ordinating with consultants to ensure smooth assessment, timely return filing, tax audits, monthly payment, issuance of VAT audit etc.

- Manage the objective of tax cost optimization through involvement in business structuring and transaction analysis

We are looking for :

- A Chartered Accountant of 2012 batch or earlier working in reputed organisations having comprehensive experience in VAT, Service Tax and Income Tax.

- Candidate must have handled multi-state VAT compliance for min. 3 years with strong, proven track record and accomplishments.
