The rest of our team are driven, passionate individuals who possess excellent credentials, and have come together at CARS24.com to do the most phenomenal work of their lives.   As folks at CARS24.com say,   - No one wants to tell their grandchildren that they missed out on this one."   Job Responsibilities :  - As the head of Indirect Taxes for pan-India operations (10+ states), the candidate shall ensure end-to-end compliance with VAT and service tax laws  - Interpretation and implementation of tax amendments   - Coordinating with consultants to ensure smooth assessment, timely return filing, VAT audit, payment challans etc.   - Manage the objective of tax cost optimization through involvement in business structuring and transaction analysis   - Be the finance lead for GST implementation - tracking regular developments, pre-empting issues, assessing impact and suggesting suitable remedies incl. representation with trade/govt bodies, collaborating with industry players etc.   We are looking for :  - A Chartered Accountant of 2012 batch of earlier working in reputed organisations having relevant experience in VAT and Service Tax. Candidate must have handled multi-state VAT compliance for minimum 2 years with strong, proven track record and accomplishments.   - Candidate with articleship or post-qualification experience from Big 4 audit firms or other reputed CA firm viz.
