Board Minutes, AGM/EGM etc. notices, corporate filings, statutory forms, registers etc.  2. Ensuring all statutory compliances w.r.t. FDI inward - ARF, FC-GPR etc  3. Ensuring compliances for all non-financial statutes - Shops & Establishments, labor related statutes  4. Other projects   We are looking for:  A Company Secretary qualified in 2012 - 14 having at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in handling all secretarial work of a company. Must have previous experience dealing with FDI.
