The position will be based in Bangalore.   Broadly the role would be responsible for :  Managing the end to end OTSC process largely for the APAC region. Will lead a 100+ member growing team.  Leads and coordinates activities of team members engaged in these processes and sub processes.  The responsibilities include efficiently and effectively lead delivery of the function for Finance Function globally / regionally and the BUs with the scope, KPIs, SLAs, lead and motivate the teams, timely submissions of the reports, ensure continuous improvement of processes, and absorbing new work from BUs into operations in order to deliver high quality/low cost services to BUs.  Responsible for providing solutioning expertise for new process transition within the tower.  Responsible for driving continuous improvement via, Bright Ideas, Lean Projects, Green belt Projects and Black Belt Projects and ensuring year on year FTE savings and process transformations  Identify potential process risks, establish control plans, monitor the impact and ensure smooth migrations  Monitor operations performance on agreed SLAs and other metrics and suggest action plan if required  Managing stakeholders through the engagement framework  Ensuring effective management of the team through timely performance appraisals and connect sessions  Other areas of responsibility include: Providing strategic planning and direction, onboarding new services as part of the FSS strategy work intake process, oversee decision-making, problem solving.  This role will report to the CBS Finance Lead in Bangalore, India  Responsible for providing solutioning expertise for new process transition within the tower.  Identify potential process risks, establish control plans and monitor the impact  Responsible for driving continuous improvement via, Bright Ideas,Lean Projects, Green belt & Black Belt Projects  Building robust business relationships with key partners and stakeholders  Monitor operations performance on agreed SLAs and other metrics and suggest action plan if required  Other Requirements  - Knowledge and familiarity with work performed in shared services as defined by the service catalog.  - Critical ability to deal with large level of ambiguity and large scale change.   - Ability to travel 10-30%  - Experience in managing team sizes in excess of 100 FTEs  - Deep understanding of Credit review process, Invoicing, Cash application, Collections & Dispute Management  Requirements   - Qualified CA or Masters degree in Accounting or Commerce from an institute of repute.  - Minimum of 15+ years of accounting experience in finance operation work with deep expertise in OTSC and related Finance processes  - Solutioning and Continuous Improvement expertise  - Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
