He/She should be highly data-driven with focus towards exponential growth in digital world.  Primary responsibilities would include:   - Ideate, Plan, Develop, Experiment and implement digital growth hacks.   - Utilize Google Playstore, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Youtube, Pinterest and other social platforms to drive new customer base  - Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth   - Conduct online marketing campaigns and maintain online presence   - Propose creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition   - Set up, optimize and run social media and in-app campaigns   - Define and relentlessly test these initiatives within the product and across multiple channels from social to SEO to paid media   - Measure, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the team   - Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics   - Comfortable with GA and web marketing technologies such as AppsFlyer, AppVirality, KissMetrics, ClickTale etc   - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (Mobile Apps product experience is a must)   - Team-focused and highly collaborative but comfortable in driving direction on your own or with little direction  Location: Delhi   Compensation and perks:  - Market competitive salary, based on fit and profile  - Opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the company  Salary Range: 8-12 LPA  About CareOnGo:  CareOnGo (www.careongo.com | Android app) is a mobile marketplace for ordering medicines/ health products online.
