Position Title: Zonal Head North  No Of positions: 1  Hiring Manager Department: Dealer Sales & Services 	 Operational Role:  - Accomplishes regional sales Target   - Contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and support senior leadership come up with pan-India sales plan; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.  - Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  - Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.  - Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.  - Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.  - Achieve human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts / areas; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions in discussions with HR Team; enforcing policies and procedures. 	 Continuous Improvement:  - Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness  Internal Interactions:   - Sales team  - Operations/ Call centre  - Sales - HO & regions  - Finance team	  External Interactions:   - Client  - vendors  Qualifications:   - MBA / equivalent   - At least 8 to 10 years of experience  - Should have handled sizable teams and multi locations  - Passion for sales and targets
