Must have exposure to all gamut of HR functions  - Establish and implement HR plans that effectively communicate and support the firm's vision and strategies.  - Work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities.   - Develop a strong practice for talent scouting and timely execution with effective engagement of all functional leaders.  - Support in achieving business goals with on-boarding talent in a timely manner  - Establish a comprehensive practice for sound compliance and governance.  - Establishes and implements short-term and long-term organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures  - Manage HR systems and improve efficiency of the HR processes  - Support various HR initiatives addressing employee needs across his life-cycle  - Monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement  - Plan and implement necessary and sufficient MIS for effective execution of HR function
