Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing the product line on mobile (app, mobile web) spanning across the product life cycle - from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Constantly striving to be on top of global and local trends in mobile products.
- Writing PRDs and creating wireframes. Creating detailed plans for product releases and working with teams to deliver within specified deadlines
- Analyzing customer feedback through micro-measurements and performing quick iterations to improve user experience
Skill Required :
- Prior experience in mobile product management in an internet company. The candidate must have worked on a full-fledged mobile product across its entire lifecycle.
- Passion about mobile led solutions and a drive to constantly innovate and shape the next-generation mobile product.
- Understanding and hands on implementation experience with the latest trends on mobile UX (e.g. material design). Deep understanding of product optimization tactics for mobile.
- Solid understanding of software product lifecycles. Hands-on experience with requirements analysis, competitive research, developing multi-phase feature roadmaps, granular feature prioritization, detailed feature design and documentation of product/functional requirement specifications.
- Track record of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities delivered through world-class user experiences.
- Excellent understanding of google analytics and associated tools to track and measure performance of products
- Hands-on experience with tools to develop wireframes (balsamiq etc.) . Hands-on experience with adobe photoshop and illustrator will be a plus
