We have an urgent position in our corporate position.  Please find below details:  Position : Product Head  Location : Jaipur   Reporting to : CEO   Works Closely with: Product Team Members  - Experienced in turning new ideas into launched products working with cross-functional & globally distributed teams through design-driven product development, user experience, innovation and rolling up sleeves to get the details right.  - Hands on at delving into product requirements and negotiating with engineers, presenting to executive-level decision-makers.  - Experience spanning across storefronts, payments, multi-channel commerce and Web to Retail.  - Handle Development team, Product team and QA team Resource management  - Develop and finalize Product Roadmaps  - Understand and analyze user needs Develop and manage product marketing programs to ensure continuity in product offerings Build and manage a product roadmap to support company's goals and strategies  - Review and finalize Product BRDs and FRDs and release plan  - Managing Development and Delivery of releases  - Managing Customer Support and Client Services for training and implementations of products  - Work on and finalize Product Renewals, RFI, RFPs and POCs  - Work with Finance to finalize product pricing and go to market strategy  - Determine and finalize appropriate technology stack for products  - Revenue projection and finalize on strategy to meet revenue targets  - Provide guidance to Development, QA and other teams on day to day basis on implementing strategies and executing plans  - Work globally and cross-functionally with several internal stakeholders through effective relationship building, influence, and communication skills  About the organization:  - We are CarDekho.com, the Flagship Company of the diversified group Girnar Software Pvt Ltd (better known as Girnarsoft) - the largest IT Company in Rajasthan.
