Key Responsibilities:

This role is with the core strategy team of Cardekho and will provide high visibility across multiple departments. Business Analyst will primarily work to operate and optimize business processes, perform analyses and will play a critical role in planning exercises and growth initiatives for existing and new products/businesses. Key responsibilities will include:

- Setup up mechanism for periodic business reviews and creates relevant material (reports, presentations) and MIS packs (Excel, BI tools etc.)

- Program manage new initiatives - monitor and report progress and problem solve any roadblocks as required

- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop understanding of overall market, competition activities and generate consumer insights

- Design new processes and structure to support launch of new products, roll-out of products across geographies and clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for self-driven, smart people with a structured thought process. The person is expected to be a quick learner, who is self-motivated to improve ways of working keeping in pace with the highly charged up start-up culture that we have here. The ideal candidate will have:

- 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Strategy or Consulting

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent task management and communication skills

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Good exposure to MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

- Ability to take initiatives, learn quickly, multi-task and be goal oriented
