- Expected to plan & target min. INR 4-5 Cr annually for outsourcing sales and software as a service sales.  - Must have done atleast INR 10 Cr annual outsourcing sales and software as a service sales in past years.  - Experience of building up new sales profile for a software company in overseas market - US & UK.  - Ability to grow sales team under him and motivate team to achieve defined targets  - Experience of setting up process for identification of new opportunity & tracking expected sales pipeline via sales team members.  - Willing to work on fixed + variable CTC structure. Fixed salary will cover the minimum base and high incentives will be based on outcome oriented variable structure
