Manager - Business Operations

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Operations Executives & Assistant Managers across India for an online premium jewelry brand CaratLane.

- Create systems and processes for various order fulfillment scenarios and ensure successful implementation of it, iteratively.

- Engage with stakeholders like offline stores, merchandising team, factory team, vendors on a day to day basis to address their needs and concerns.

- Manage the inventory department and stock reconciliation

- Manage the vendor relationship extremely well to create a great sense of accountability and ensure deliveries on time.

- Motivate the team to achieve zero delays in the order fulfillment.

Requirement :

- Must be able to think about the end customer always and do the right thing for them

- Must have Retail Distribution/Fulfillment experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Atleast 3 years management experience in a retail distribution center and an overall work experience of atleast 6 years.

Preferences:

- Jewellery industry experience

- MBA with specialty in Operations Management.
