- Highly Seasoned and Aggressive Sales Professional with Excellent Track record in handling high growth volume and turnover on a Pan India market.   - The role is entrepreneurial in nature and the incumbent shall be responsible for developing the Channel, Sales Support engine and best practices to sustain growth and profitability.   - Management Graduate from one of the premier institutes with rich Sales and Marketing experience out of which majority of the time should have been in sales function.   - A minimum of 5 years sales experience in an FMCG company of repute is a must. Should have an experience of handling multiple markets/ regions and should have developed at least 1 market from its introduction.  Responsibilities :  The incumbent is responsible to Head Pan India Sales Operations in :  - Develop sales strategies for regions and ensure their implementation  - Recruitment & retention of sales / field team   - Drive sales team to implement distribution expansion plans and throughout to achieve primary and secondary channel objectives for portfolio mix  - Should be able to effectively communicate the Sales Targets, control and monitor field force for quality achievements  - Increase market shares and open up new channels for higher growth  - Deliver operational excellence   - Secure distributors and ensure their profitability   - To analyze stock movement/availability and help business head in developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.  - Reporting & MIS to senior management on all the parameters
