Job Responsibilities:

Very well versed with Litigation Management

Title Report and drafting of Legal Documents/Agreements

Support for Recovery

Legal Team Management

Work with cross functions

Dealing With High Value Defaulters

Liaison with external counsels.

Must have handled legal and recovery matters for a large NBFC or Micro - finance Company.

Sr. ex. Counsels are encouraged to apply, who must have full knowledge of legal and Recovery matters.

Desired profile:

Candidates working for a large NBFC or Micro - financing Company handling all legal & Recovery matters will be given preference.

Having all knowledge about legal matters.

Age group - 35 - 45 years

Sr. counsel/ advocates ready to take up the challenges and ready to work in very fast growing organization are strongly encourage to apply for this position.

Must posses an excellent communication and interpersonal skill to deal with complex situations.

Must be able to manage and deliver in work under pressure .
