Capital Markets-Banking Process Solution Design/Presales Consultant Role with Leading Organisation
Role: Principal Consultant
Location: Gurgaon/Pune
Experience: 8-13 years
Key Responsibilities
Expertise in Business Development, Solution Architecting / Sales Consulting, Key Account Management, Product Development & Implementation, Project / Program Management, Business Planning & MIS.
In depth knowledge of Banking & Capital Markets industry processes, specifically Corporate & Retail banking, Custodian Processing, Asset Management, Risk Management & Derivatives processing, Investment Banking, Stock Exchange, Financial Data providers, Index companies, Retirement Planning, Wealth Advisory, Securities & Brokerage
International work experience, cross cultural exposure and expertise in dealing with C level executives
- Responsible for RFP/RFI responses, handling client visits, making proactive solution and service pitches to clients and prospects
Managed Reference Data Services : BPO Services across instrument and price data on a ASP Model with SmartStream Technologies
- Managed Reconciliation Services : BPO Services around reconciliations and exceptions management on a SaaS Model with Smartstream Technologies
- Demand generation, creating opportunities in the client organization by opening new doors, developing new relationships, creating the funnel activity, and following through to closure
- Go-to market strategies, market research & intelligence and partner enablement
- Mentor / manage presales team – coaching, staff development, hiring and selection, performance management, etc
Key Requirements
Solution Design – 10 + years of experience – Capital Market / Investment Banking experience –
If a person is from a good MBA and BE pedigree, then min 8 years of experience is also fine with them,
Looking for a person with domain consulting role. They strictly do not want a technology person.
