Capital First - Regional Collection Manager (10-12 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible for handling our Two Wheeler Collections portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Unit level strategies & Actualization of Portfolio Goals.
- Receivables Management - ensuring targets are achieved.
- Planning resolutions and bucket-wise strategy in order to ensure end goals are met and NCL is maintained / achieved as per requirement.
- Complete overview of agency management and feedback analysis.
- Personal visit to High value cases, juncture of P&L impact.
- Allocation strategy to maximise returns on each pool cut and focus on lower delivering cuts.
- Dissemination of strategy at understandable levels of field team.
- Review and Monitoring of Daily movement in receivables management, shoring up weak areas and preparing for contingencies in event of individual location slip-ups.
- Interaction with other verticals/ depts - on implementation with local other team co-ordination.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Detailed knowledge of Collection practices and regulations.
- Excellent track record in driving performance.
- A successful background in leading, managing and developing teams of people in a rapidly changing fast paced environment and manage to budget/forecast.
