Capital Code - VP - Investment Banking & Corporate Finance

Capital Code is one of the leading Investment Bank based out of Mumbai with rep offices all over India.

- We are urgently looking for Vice President - Investment Banking and Corporate Finance for our Investment Banking Division at our Mumbai office.

- Candidate must have six to eight years of hands-on experience in investment banking and corporate finance.

Candidate must be an MBA Finance or CA.

Brief JD:

- Candidate will be involved into the full life cycle of a mandate from origination to execution of the mandate for fund raising or mergers and acquisition.

- Meeting clients and pitching up the services offered and getting them on-board.

- Candidate should be self starter.

- High level contacts in banks will be added advantage.

- Compensation will be an exciting mix of fixed compensation + performance incentives + annual bonus.
