Position: Recruiter (Volume / Bulk hiring) - On Fixed Term Contract for 1 year
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Graduates with about 3 to 6 years exclusive experience in bulk/volume hiring across domains in non-voice & voice processes, specifically in ITES / BPO industry in Pune.
Should have extensive experience in generating quality candidate pipelines through use of recruitment channels including job portals, vendor channels, campus bulk recruitment programs, social media hiring, referral program management etc. with large ITES/BPO organizations in Pune. Should be able to generate high volumes of candidate walk-in, manage recruitment drives and close out offer negotiations with selected candidates.
Should have strong demonstrated experience in delivering on shorter hiring TATs and working extended hours / weekends if and when required.
