- Embed & maintain a strategic and analytical Business Planning model that facilitates achievement of business objectives.

- Build SOPs to define Planning & MIS solutions / processes across Back Office & Voice areas.

- Groom team to provide periodic, actionable and decision driving management information;

- Lead Monthly Business Review sessions to highlight successes and areas for improvement with causes/measures to the Leadership Team.

- Oversee processes to ensure timely & accurate delivery of output against all requirements.

- Set-up and promote an analytical model that proactively assesses business trends and performance levels, to help LT and Ops areas get a steer for decision making.

- Build expertise in team to carry out Strategic & Tactical Resource, Site Planning. Liase with relevant business unit to facilitate resource optimization.

- Understand business and organizational dynamics to align relevant solutions on cost reduction, benefit release, business development and increasing stakeholder confidence.

- Work closely with the Finance units to understand & assist on pricing implications for Ops teams. Align solutions to indicate the - impact of actions/decisions & performance triggers.

- Engage an active business sense to evolve Service Offerings within the team to increase its scope. Constantly strive to increase scale, size and significance of work undertaken.

- Promote an active career path within the team. Coach, mentor & groom team members to handle wider responsibilities and to grow through the ranks.

- Devise departmental objectives in a manner to increase the value-add of the team and in line with organisation objectives. Set-up KPIs for all hierarchies within the team.

- Ensure strong relations with onshore counterparts via regular interactions. Provide relevant exposure to team with onshore units to facilitate exchange of ideas and promote uniformity in frameworks adopted.

- Promote a strong sense of adopting robust methods in reporting within team such that there are no exceptions to R&C frameworks.

- Lead org-wide initiatives that not only promote the BPMI team's functionality but also achieve the business objective.

- Facilitate team to act as a bridge between Ops & the IT function in order to build applications that help business delivery. Additionally, promote expertise in team to build such applications.

- Has complete responsibility for a business unit, a function or a large project within a business area. Is a cost centre manager and is solely responsible for the management of at least one client relationship. Has responsibility for business unit performance, including profit, sales revenue, cost management and service level agreement targets.

- Has responsibility for evidencing that TCF is embedded in the operation to meet clients- requirements. Has line management responsibility for a team of functional managers, specialists. Has business development responsibility.
