Analyst - Talent Acquisition (Volume & Lateral hiring) - Pune

- Candidate with post-graduation qualification in HR, with about 3-5 years exclusive experience in Talent Acquisition with key focus on volume hiring across domains in non-voice & voice processes, specifically in ITES / BPO industry.

- Strong demonstrated experience in usage of low-cost hiring channels, delivering on shorter hiring TATs and team management skills preferred.
