US IT Recruiter - 4 to 7 years - Bangalore

Job Description

We are looking for a recruitment specialist with experience in US geography.

Specification / Skills / Experience:

- Work as an individual contributor & deliverables (requisitions)

- Play an active role in developing best sourcing/recruiting practices, new sourcing/recruiting avenues (job boards, tools, Social Media and forums) which could improve efficiency and quality of hires and candidate/Hiring Manager experience

- Interface with onshore stakeholders regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other sourcing/ screening/ candidate matters

- Diligently pursue a broad and deep understanding of assigned requirements & provide directions to the team members on the same

- Responsible to ensure effective data tracking and reporting from offshore perspective, as per the set schedule

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4 - 7 yrs of IT Recruitment experience with min 3-4 yrs into US full life cycle recruiting

Primary Skills (Must have):

- Strong understanding of US immigration /employment laws

- Should have a solid know-how on how to leverage Social Media for sourcing/recruiting activities

- Hands-on with various candidates- sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) - both active and passing sourcing/recruiting techniques

- Ability to set/track KPIs and drive capacity/capability building tasks.

- Outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel; and the ability to lead others

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Open to work in the US hours
