Capgemini- Sr Solutions Architect – F&A Transition  Work Location: Bangalore   Role: Sr Solutions Architect – F&A  Work Experience: 12 – 18yrs  Domain: F&A, FP&A – Outsourcing/BPO  Key Areas of Responsibility:  Client Relationship  - Work to build a credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues  - Identification of client objectives for Outsourcing, Finance and Accounting, and the wider organisation  - Clearly present to the client so as they understand the solution and Capgemini’s competitive differentiation Solution Design  - Build creative but deliverable solutions that are closely aligned with the clients objectives and culture, supported by clear sales messages  - Provide inputs into the commercial team to develop the pricing for the proposal  - Develop Capgemini thought leadership to support the BPO practice  - Support the Capgemini sales team in the pre-qualification process (e.g. Assistance with responding to RFIs, BPO vs Shared Services etc)  Transition Design  - Develop a robust transition plan to support the solution in a way that minimizes operational and commercial risk to both the client and to Capgemini.   - Work with the Capgemini transition team to understand latest thinking and issues in transition, and ensure they are reflected in the transition plan.  - Provide a clear handover to the transition team of the final (successful solution).  Person Specification:  Essential Skills:  - Mandatory CA/MBA from Top B School  - 12+ years of work experience post CA  - At least 5 years experience in an operational finance environment  - Excellent client relationship skills  - Appreciation of the varying business  - Well organized  - Able to work on multiple tasks  - Self motivated  - Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
