JD for the role of Sr. Recruiter/Process Lead-Recruitment  Total Requirement 3  Required Qualification Graduate in any discipline  Required Experience 3 to 6 years  Shift timings 10 A.M to 7 P.M  Required Grade O3/O4  Location Bangalore  Roles and Responsibilities  - Partners with assigned engagements, engagement leaders etc, to manage Staffing assignments  - Is able to conceptualize and execute staffing plans and in the process sets expectations and delivers ( recruits staff ) within standard SLA- s  - Follows Capgemini HR standard processes and aligns to Capgemini Core values  - Liaises with various channels of sourcing - Staffing agencies, HRO, Employees for building adequate pipeline of resources for open requirements  - Conducts interviews for selected applicants and selects resources based on the behavioural competency levels required for the open position.  - Understands internal parity and aligns compensation to new recruits in line with compensation band defined by the C&B team.  - Manages the candidate relationship till on-boarding   - Analyzes data and provides on time status reports to various stakeholders  - The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization  Required Skills - Recruitment: Short listing, Interviewing, negotiating and finally closing on the candidate   - Sourcing: Through various channels, Networking, goggling and research skills  - Planning & prioritizing skills  - Understanding the business & leadership styles  - Strong technical aptitude & Understanding  - Futuristic Approach  - Customer Service Orientation  - Should have good communication, interpersonal skills
