Performance & Rewards Leader  - In line with Group policy, define pay strategy and budgeting process to support the SBU direction  - Manage the overall SBU timetable for all performance and reward processes, ensuring on-time delivery  - Develop, communicate and successfully deliver VP and non-VP pay and bonus cycles, including VP Pay Planning, VCS KPI setting, accrual management and submission of SBU approved data to Group  - Drive alignment to Group standards for VP and non-VP VCS schemes  - Work closely with Global HRBPs and Country HRDs to ensure implementation of these processes in line with SBU timeline, seeking feedback on process and gaining an understanding of the business priorities  - Define, coordinate and ensure implementation of performance management processes for Infra globally across countries  - Measure, track and report on labour cost levers such as pyramid management and ARC progression highlighting trends and potential issues  - Focal point for and interface with Group C&B CoE for Cloud Infra, including the implementation of Group led C&B projects  - Manage all out of cycle adjustments including approvals  - Set direction and manage the output of the HRO team in executing and delivering these processes  Competencies and Skills :   - Strong operational experience  - Fluent English - written and spoken   - Strong analytical skills   - Business focus and commercial understanding.   - Ability to interact effectively with senior group executives  - Strong influence and persuasion skills   - Experience of driving change.   - Used to working in an international context and with virtual teams  - Strong interpersonal skills and strong communications  - A good sense of organizational constraints and comfortable in a complex matrix environment  - Proactively looking for improvements  - Resilience and innovation
