Mobile Testing COE Leader with 14 years for Mumbai/Bangalore  Experience : 14 yrs  Primary Skills (must have) :   - Should have managed onsite/offshore delivery of at least 2 Test COE projects on Mobility.   - Should be well versed with various mobility devices/operating systems etc.   - Develop service offerings for mobile testing Provide business development support to the sales team on Mobile related opportunities.   - Give presentations to the client on Mobile capabilities.   - Continuously develop newer solutions around Mobility to address future demands.   - Good experience in Automation and performance testing (Mobile applications) is essential.   - Strong experience in Test processes, tools.   - Needs to have good exposure to specific tools used in mobility area.   - Good communication and articulation skills  - Telecom internals.  - Creating Accelerators   Responsibilities include :  - Actively Participating into Technology CoE Activity like Creating accelerators, Tool Evaluation, - Customer Visit, Demo to Clients, Training Plan for Mobile Community, RFP Response   - Handling Customer visits, RFP and Latest Trends in Market for Mobile testing   - RFP, Customer Visit, Created Solutions for Mobile Projects   Good in Communication : Client Management and Stakeholder Mgmt   - Provide mentoring/handholding to the delivery teams on mobility projects.   - Conduct Mobile Testing specific training  Deliverables (what does success look like) :  - Supporting Project Delivery of Mobile projects   - Providing SME Support for Mobile testing projects   - Working with Other Groups like Mobility Practice for Capability Building in Testing  - Creation and industrialization of assets for account or delivery  - Sales support  - Thought leadership  - Capability building  Competencies :  - Mobile Test Management  - Test Management  - Engagement Management  - People management  Job Location : Mumbai/Bangalore
