Roles & Responsibilities:  - Generate the baseline forecasts  - Involve in discussions with the client when the expected baseline is not as per the statistical output  - Work with various stake holders of client to derive the final demand numbers  - Derive the production plan by considering various business constraints  - Work with central client team and factory while finalizing the forward production plan  - Allocate the inventory from factory to warehouses based on the stock norms/net requirements  - Ensure the demand sync between Demand and Supply Planning. Similarly between Supply and Material Planning  - Provide insights through various management reports  - Loss tree analysis for any supply chain losses/issues  - Analyze the reason for plan failures and work with IT and internal team to fix the issues  - Proactively act on business expectation / challenges  - Run various projects that add value to clients  - Manage 4 to 6 Team Leads - Direct report  - Manage the team of 40 to 60 - Indirect report  - Manage the end to end supply chain master data  - Manage the supply planning processes for 3 to 5 countries  - Run continuous improvement projects within the team  - Bring best practices from previous experience  - Front end the engagement and develop the account  - Work with transition and transformation team to deliver best practices to the client  - Complete knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning (Production/Distribution/Material), and MDM concepts and execution  - Good in analytics  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English  - Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point  - Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment  - Working in CPG sector/Manufacturing sector as Supply Chain manager  - 9 to 12 years experience in Supply Chain
