Job purpose:
- Would be responsible for handling all C&B activities for the ~ 30,000 employees such as pay budget planning, annual increments, bonus payouts etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor C&B trends; maintain competitive C&B benchmarks; conduct surveys as required to obtain general and skill specific benchmark data
- Monitor internal equity and external competitiveness
- Coordinate compensation processes like the annual increments, bonus payouts, and other critical compensation schemes
- Design compensation models, variable pay plans, incentive schemes etc.
- Design the basic compensation structures in the organization; structures compensation packages appropriately for specific cases
- Support HR Business Partners and line managers on C&B related matters
- Provide C&B related analyses and support to other functions such as Finance, Recruitment, Core HR etc
- Analyze internal data to track various trends such as - average salary costs, compensation bands
- Participate actively in relevant C&B forums
- Lead automation activities related to compensation
