Role: Java/MS Competency Lead   Location: Bangalore  Experience: 13+ yrs  - This team will drive the demand fulfillment working closely with CSMs and clients to track the demand and build the strategy to deliver growth  - Support CSMs and Sales Manager in strategic planning for accounts  - Client relationship - Competency level  - Demand validation / qualification / Consolidation  - Manage overall hiring plans / strategic bench  - Oversee demand fulfilment by service line - support CSM on execution plans  - Overall responsible for growth for competency; capture and track overall forecasts across accounts  Requirement:  - Candidates must have experience into delivery and competency building.  - Should have managed practice, Skill development and are involved into competency Growth.  - Should be client facing with strong presentation skills.  - Resource estimation & Should have managed the hiring plan, demand fulfillment, capability building.  - Experience in supporting Pre sale would be an added advantage.  - Must be well versed with newer trends & technologies within their area of expertise.   - Should have managed team of 50+ with ramping up experience.  - Candidate can have experience on Global Or Indian customers.  - The experience should be more on practice / competency building than delivery. Excellent people leadership skills to connect with large teams and ensure retention.
