Capgemini - ITIL Process Consultant (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Executing end to end consulting projects based on ITIL / ISO 20000 / CMMI SVC
- Conducting ITIL training programs at all levels and active involvement in development and maintenance of training course materials
- Facilitate integration of tools, processes and SLA / KPI's
- Define measurement framework for SLA/KPI's
- Active contribution in Pre-sales activities and customer relationship management
- Active contribution in sales and brand building
- Ownership of client engagements and quality deliverables
- The job may involve short-term, medium term travel to customer locations globally / domestic
- Contribute best practices to knowledge repository
- Mentoring ITIL consultants
Required Skills:
- Should have executed end to end consulting assignment which includes Gap analysis, Process Definition, implementation road map and auditing
- Knowledge on Application Maintenance lifecycle and Transition
- Experience in interaction with clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Certified ITIL Expert or at least 2 Intermediate modules
- ISO/IEC 20000 Implementer / Lead auditor
- At least 2 years experience in ITIL consulting
- Experience in delivering ITIL training sessions
- Assessment/auditing skills
- Experience/expertise/exposure to other related frameworks and standards like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, COBIT, CMMi SVC etc will be an added advantage
