A team of 320+ HR professionals spread-out between India and Poland, providing HR services (Hire-to-Retire) to various Capgemini entities globally.  ROLE - HRO Client Engagement Manager  REQUIRED EDUCATION QUALIFICATION - Management degree from an institute of repute or Chartered Accountant/ ICWA background  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MUST TO HAVE) - 12-15 years of experience in BPO (F&A/ HRO/ KPO) client service delivery / engagement roles with at least 2 years in Engagement management servicing North Amercia /Europe based clients.  SHIFT TIMING -Should be flexible with shifts  LOCATION - Kolkata  RESPONSIBILITIES-   Account Development  - Meet existing and new clients and identify opportunities for Rightshore HR delivery for Capgemini Group  - Work with Client Executives and enhance offshore business agenda Stakeholder Management  - Act as the single point of contact for all internal services provided to the internal client - CRM and Reporting.  - M Reviews : Improve visibility to Onshore & Offshore Executives of HRO operations and share Achievements, Challenges, Road Map for Next Quarter, SLA Review, Sales Pipeline, etc.  - Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the projects, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project  - Maintain good and healthy relations with all internal/ external stakeholders / Audit Service Delivery  - Work with Service Delivery Leads to manage the operations on a daily basis. Provide adequate reports (monthly and quarterly dashboard reports) to Steering Group / Onshore which will give them a fair visibility on the delivery.  - Work with the Delivery leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements  - Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional teams assigned to the projects Commercial Management  - Manage and improve offshore cost of delivery and contribution margins  - Participates in Budget / Forecast/ Financial / P&L review with Controllers every month and provide Engagement level inputs  - The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization   REQUIRED SKILLS -  - Chartered Accountant or Management degree from an institute of repute  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities  - 6+ years of experience in people management and people leadership  - Experience of MIS and Management Reporting a must  - Attention to details and ability to escalate at the right time  - Ability to think on their feet and work independently  - Knowledge of working on CRM system and knowledge of sales ecosystem will be a plus  - Team player to work with cross-functional teams with varying skill-sets and in different time zones
