POSITION SUMMARY :  Position Title : Global Service Leader - Talent Acquisition   Process : HRO Qualification Mandatory: MBA or equivalent in HR  Reports to : VP, HRO Location Kolkata  MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :   Role Brief :  - As a part of BPO's organizational transformation and standardizing its engagement model, Human Resources Outsourcing within Capgemini Enterprise Services (CES) is looking for a candidate as Global Service Leader for Talent Acquisition service line.  - The Global Service Leader of Talent Acquisition reports to the CES HRO Vice President and takes overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition domain as SME within CES HRO global delivery network.   - It takes responsibility for delivering the services to the global Clients by close cooperation, by meeting contractual commitments and actively responding to current Clients requirements, as well as anticipating future needs.   - The job holder will also play a key role in identifying and developing opportunities to expand the cooperation with the Clients and the scope for delivered services.   - It is a global function, with responsibility for the specific CES HRO services delivered world-wide from our Rightshore delivery centres  About the Function :   Job Descriptions/postings :  - Sourcing and Screening services   - Recruitment Operations and College hiring Operations  - Resourcing Operations and ATS Administration   - Talent acquisition team supports some major clients e.g. NA, UK, Europe, Latam, The Nordics countries for some SBUs, Australia Apps, Germany Apps, BPO, The Netherlands, France - Apps and IS and Brazil CPM Braxis   The role requires industry certifications (AIRS/CRA/LIR) in recruitment, strong experience in best practices (advanced recruiting techniques, Boolean, Sourcing/Recruiting, x-ray search, etc) and domain experience as SME with over 8 - 10 years of Multi Geo experience. High level of flexibility and mobility in terms of working hours.   Key Responsibilities :  - Responsible for the overall execution of the Talent Acquisition global processes, best practices and it's quality across all delivery centres  - Provides guidance to the operations team in optimal implementation of the process (s) in line with GEM;   - Drive process compliance & standardization across the delivery teams, irrespective of location. Manage process (s) dashboard and KPI's reporting to drive process implementation, compliance and insights.   - Responsible for profitability and productivity of the contract for a given process on a global basis.   - Continuously improves the service by identifying potential risks and resolving them through innovative reliable tools, methodology and actions proposals  - Provides expert inputs to solutioning and bid teams for transformation as required  - Maintain relationship between the Retained HR Functional Head & HRO delivery teams.   - Align Strategic Talent Acquisition agenda with HRO.   - Be an active and contributing member of the Global BPO HR Team  - Manages any escalations and exceptions of clients, and getting resolved through delivery teams  - Change Management  PERSON SPECIFICATION :  - Exhibits high level of subject matter expertise in a particular specialized domain/stream/process  - Recruitment experience  - Experience of working in a large global organisation recruiting domain  - Experience of working in the IT/ITES Sector  - Awareness and perhaps experience of using social media in a professional environment and/or for recruitment.  - Experience in an independent, managerial, high level decision-making position  - Excellent customer relations skills to understand client's needs and concerns, maintain and develop relation with the client  - Proven ability to directly manage relationship with the client, including managing client's expectations in order to expand the scope of delivered services  - Previous experience in transition process would be an asset  - Focus on continuous improvement of the process and its value to customers  - Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership  - Experience in working with different global cultures would be an asset  - Fluent English (both written and spoken)  - Overall 15+ years (9+ years of relevant experience)  - Minimum entry grade requirements - O8-O9.  MEASURES OF SUCCESS :   Will include but not be limited to :  - Driving the Talent Acquisition agenda   - Successful stakeholder management - employees, business leaders and larger HR fraternity of Capgemini.  - Recognised as an effective business partner with thought leadership  - Roll-out and completion of all organization specific initiatives on a timely basis  - Attrition to be kept under prescribed thresholds  - High employee satisfaction scores - at or above prescribed thresholds  - On-time and quality hiring of resources  - Seamless employee movement between roles  - Robust career progression frameworks ensuring employees move to larger responsibilities and staff positions internally - at or above prescribed thresholds  - Live the Core Values of Capgemini (Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Team Spirit, Modesty, Fun)
