Title: Engagement Manager/Sr. Manager

Location: Bangalore

Main Purpose of Role:

- To work with clients and create customized solutions for Supply Chain Analytics, HR Analytics and other Business Analytics

- To create and industrialize Business Analytics products

Key Responsibilities:

Solutions: Drive all Solutioning for Business Analytics including:

- Proposals

- Pricing

- Pilots / PoCs

- Transition and Ramp up

Products and Practice: As a product and practice owner

- Create new products

- Industrialize and package products

- Drive technology build for the products

- Create processes and enablers for delivery of Analytics services

- Create sales and marketing collateral

- Provide knowledge and guidance to delivery on the products and services

- Business Development: Client presentations, account mining and development of new business

- Lead the Business Analytics products and solutions team to deliver the above

Key Relationships:

- Clients

- Account Directors / Executives

- Analysts

Person Specification:

Experience:

- 8-14 years experience with at least 4 years in Supply Chain Analytics

- Strong experience in supply chain

- Experience in dealing directly with clients

- Experience in Solutioning

- Experience using Analytical tools

- MBA / other post graduate degree

- Analytics certification or diploma a plus

Essential:

- Strong supply chain analytics knowledge

- Experience in dealing with clients

- Strong communication skills
