Main Purpose of the Role

Work collaboratively with Capgemini clients and the client bid teams to develop robust and innovative products & solutions for Business Process Outsourcing services for the supply chain service line. This includes creating a service offering in the supply chain space spanning master data, transactional supply chain, supply chain planning and analytics areas. It also involves partnering with the business development team in creating a go to market strategy and thus a robust pipeline for the supply chain service line. It also requires team work and the ability to coach other employees and work with other parts of Capgemini to provide further education on the BPO value proposition.

Key areas of responsibility

Product

- Create new service offerings in the supply chain space across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver areas including technology tool kits, KPIs and business outcomes

- Define the global enterprise model including resourcing, pricing, technology, process maps and governance for service offerings

Client relationship

- Work to build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively to understand challenges and provide solutions

- Identification of client objectives for outsourcing in the supply chain space

- Ability to articulate value proposition and solution offerings in the supply chain area including key differentiators for Capgemini

Internal and external interfaces

- Work closely with business development teams to partner with them in taking the supply chain service offerings to market

- Work with engagement executives to mine existing accounts and determine opportunity areas in the supply chain space and create solution proposals for the same

- Interact with industry analysts to communicate the value proposition of the supply chain service offerings

- Develop thought leadership collaterals showcasing Capgemini capabilities in the supply chain outsourcing space
